Carmen is a Wisconsin native and a graduate from Madison Area Technical College in the Veterinary Technician program. She is responsible for all aspects of animal medical treatment, surgical care, diagnostics and post surgical recovery.  Carmen always has a smile on her face and takes pride in the care she provides for others pet's.

Raised and educated in Iowa, Stephen has a BS degree in Microbiology from University of Iowa, 1985 DVM degree from Iowa State University. Stephen brings experience including 25 years of veterinary vaccine research and development for pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Boehringer-Ingelheim and 8 years of clinical research with investigational drugs in human patients with cancer. Stephen has a special interest in infectious diseases including viral and mycoplasma diseases in pets.

Mandy is from Dubuque. She graduated from Dubuque Senior High then attended Hawkeye Community College. There she earned her degree to become a Veterinary Assistant. 

A 1997 Graduate of Iowa State University Alison is a native to Dubuque who returned after receipt of her DVM. She has special interest in exotic care, small animal endoscopic services and internal medicine. Dr. Johnson purchased the clinic in 1999, striving to offer new services and technology in the changing landscape of modern veterinary medicine.

Dr. Robin Mundt is also a native to Dubuque who returned after graduating from Iowa State in 2007. If Dr. Mundt looks familiar, it is because she has worked for the company since high school. She has an interest in many aspects of medicine and enjoys researching new ways to treat our furry friends. Dr. Mundt also enjoys equine medicine and is available to see horses by appointment.

Hannah is a graduate of East Dubuque High School.  Someday she would like to go to school to be a veterinary technician or a veterinary assistant.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her animals and horseback riding.    

Janet Smith, CVT

Janet serves as the lead technician and has been with PetMed for more than 20 years. Janet is responsible for all aspects of animal medical treatment, surgical care, diagnostic testing and post surgical recovery. In addition to her technical skills, she is an accomplished cat groomer.

Kari is a Wisconsin native and a 2015 graduate from NICC in the Veterinary Technician program. She has a Labrador named Bo and she enjoys spending her free time on the Mississippi river.
