Program
Is your dog or cat
over seven years old? He or she is considered
a geriatric patient now. As your pet ages,
many changes are taking place with his/her
body. In some cases these changes are not
noticeable until they are in the advanced
stages. We all want our beloved family members
to live long and healthy lives. As a rule,
it is always easier to avoid health problems
rather than trying to treat and solve them
once they have developed. To help rule out
many potential health problems to your aging
companion, PetMed has introduced a geriatric
wellness program for all patients over seven
years of age. This wellness program is recommended
at least once a year as a general screening
to catch possible illnesses before they become
serious.
