Grooming

PetMed Animal Health Center is able to offer full service grooming to not only our clients, but any dog or cat needing to be freshened up!  Janet, who is also our lead Veterinary Technician, has several years of experience with dog and cat grooming. She has served as our groomer on and off throughout her 20+ years here and greatly enjoys what she does! Janet is available by appointment on Wednesdays and Thursdays only for grooming. Her schedule fills up quickly so call as soon as you are able! Drop off time is between 7:30 am - 8:00 am for appointments. For specific drop off times, please call.                 

Grooming Requirements

Dogs and cats need to be current on Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. The groomer may request that your pet be sedated if they become aggressive or have severe matting that may be painful to shave. Unfortunately, we do not take appointments for poodles. For Airedales, you will need to speak to the groomer first as she may be able to groom him/her depending on how you would like them groomed. 

A standard grooming includes the following:

• Bath-Shampooing that suits your pet's needs
• Dry
• Brush
• Trim, Shave, Scissoring
• Nail Trim
• Cologne
