Appointment Policy

We operate on appointment only. Please call to schedule or schedule online today! If you need immediate assistance please call.


Cancellation Policy

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment time. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance may result in cancellation fees.


Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at time of service. If your pet requires more extensive care such as surgery a deposit will be required. We accept multiple forms of payment.


Safety Policy

For your pet’s safety of all the pets (and humans) in our facility: all cats must arrive and leave in a carrier and dogs must be leashed and attached to their humans at all times!


Rabies Policy

Rabies isn’t just our policy – it’s the law! All pets are required to be up to date on rabies vaccine in our system or provide proof of rabies vaccine at time of appointment. If your pet is not up to date they will receive a rabies vaccination.


Prescription Policy

PetMed maintains an in-house pharmacy as well as an on-line pharmacy. PetMed will provide a written prescription upon request however we are unable to fax, email, or call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies.
